Account Deletion Request

This form is only for guest accounts (i.e. you can no longer log back in). After we receive it, we will manually verify your identity and delete your account and game data (processed within 7 business days).

If your account is linked to Google / Facebook / WeChat login: please log in within the game and delete your account yourself from Settings instead of using this form — your identity is confirmed by your login session, and deletion takes effect immediately.
